Seems like every friggin' time I watch the WPBA on ESPN, Mitch or Ewa states how hungry (really/very hungry) the players are. Should we take up a canned food drive or something?
It seems like anyone with a reasonable grasp of the English language should be able to find another way of saying this.
Anyone else have an oft repeated phrase that is used that drives them nuts?
(I've quit watching pregame NFL shows because they always say the same darn thing week after week, year after year. "The defense needs to pressure the quarterback, stop the run, and defend the pass. (Duh) The offense needs to protect the quarterback, establish the run, and execute the pass.")
