Can't get DAZN on new computer.

I bought a new Lenovo with Windows 10 and Edge.
Tried to get DAZN, it said "not available in this country".
I got out my old Samsung Chromebook, no problems, watching on a small screen.
So I change to Google Chrome as my browser and search engine on new computer and I get the same message.
I've logged out of DAZN on Chromebook so that's not interfering.
I do have Norton security on new computer, does that matter?
Any help greatly appreciated.

Are you using Norton's VPN? If you go to iplocation.net where does it say you are at?

Not using VPN. IP address shows the numbers then below that it shows some
geolocation data, which shows Ashburn Virginia, United States.
My Chromebook shows Birmingham Alabama, which is where I am.
Laptop is showing something strange that Chromebook is not, it's showing
in that data info in ISP Amazon Technologies.
I bought the Norton Antivirus via Amazon

If you are connected to the same ISP at home both devices should show same location, ISP, provider, etc.

Sounds like your new laptop got a VPN switched on or it is going through a proxy server or something. Also, it is possible even though it is shows the location of Ashburn Virgina ( a valid country for DAZN), DAZN might be recognizing that as a VPN server address and not allowing it. Others would have to confirm as I don't have DAZN subscription.

I would disable Norton and see if that resolves it. Might also double check the internet settings and make sure everything isn't going through a proxy.

Was that one of those big Norton suites with a VPN that got installed and enabled by default?

Did you download the APP? My friend tried getting on yesterday and couldn't go to DAZN - he had to download the app, then no issues

Got it fixed guys. I uninstalled Norton and just turned Windows Defender back on. Thanks.
You should be able to run Norton but just disable the VPN feature of the Suite. It probably showed Amazon as your ISP because the Norton VPN server is hosted on an Amazon AWS vm farm.

Good luck.

I have a Lenovo laptop and went to dazn just fine. The new windows has its own antivirus. I'm not sure you need Norton like we used to.
I don't have anything other than avg free and I'm doing great.

Norton is the computer equivalent of The Mob. They say you need them...you don't. Just act responsibly and you are good.

I use a VPN with DAZN and Chrome. Never a problem. Probably the firewall in Norton was blocking access.
