The wood used on this one is as good as any Carmeli I sought out to compare as well as 97% of any other cues I have seen with similar woods that were custom made by a cuemaker of comparable caliber,design and quality.
Between the wood selection, the quality and and amount of inlay work, the type of inlay that isn't done any longer, the volume of Silver and Ivory used, the use of ivory wherever possible and the pristine condition make this one special cue by a quality cuemaker.
This hit is solid and precise. Hits as good as it looks and then some. Carmelli shafts with KAMUI medium tips
Im adding the replacement cost as of now from Ariel due to some of the work on this ocue like the wire boxes which he chooses not to do anymore due to the extreme difficulty and material costs associated with this difficult and tedious element. Upon request it can be done however 4 to 5 inlays are attempted for each until one doesnt crack.
