Does anyone know Carolina Joe? I understand that his name is Joe Root (sp?). He looks exactly like Mick Jaggar and can talk with the best of em'. He most recently was living in the Baltimore area and around Maryland doing work for non profit organizations. (ex. fire departments) He appeared in our pool league while he was in the area, but has since disappeared. Always seemed to be up for a game.
