When having a new tip or ferrule install, removing dents fom shaft. Who do you take your cue to in your area. I have Raymond Walter [Parrot Cue] do a ferrule and tip on a Karomi cue. First time he work with a carom cue or a conical shaft. Rayman did an outstanding job.
