Can I play in the single's 9 ball tournament if I currently dont play in any sanctioned league?
What I get from the brochure is that all I have to pay is a $50 membership fee.

What I get from the brochure is that all I have to pay is a $50 membership fee.
You have to pay the $50.00 sanctioning fee and that will get you into everything except the team events. The only way to get in the team events is to play in a sanctioned league.
