Do you all think that the amount or the way chalk is spread on the tip will actually meaningfully affect your shot? Let me give a prominent example to start the discussion.....
You are strait in and need to draw the ball 10 inches for position, it is one of those times when you NEED 10 inches to really be in line and get out. Let's say I hit the ball perfect with stroke A on the first attempt. Second attempt, the chalk on the tip is different (less, more whatever), yet you put THE SAME EXACT STROKE ON THE BALL (we will just assume this).... now, is it possible you don't get to that 10 inch point on this second stroke, having the only variable changing being the amount or type of chalk on the tip.
