Change ferrule on Lucasi Hybrid

Hi all,

how do I change a ferrule on a Lucasi Hybrid LD shaft?
Because of the very small shoulder and a weird material inside of the ferrule I'm wondering how I can change it.

Any suggestions?

I honestly don't know how to replace it without changing the feel of the stick. But I would just call them and ask if you sent them the ferule you wanted on there and the shaft, how much would they charge you to put it on. Might just be easier to let them do it. That or if you don't care then install a tennon and treat it like a normal shaft. Just my two cents....
