Changing Mezz cue joint collar color from black to white without removing original pin

Hi guys, is it possible to change the joint collar without removing the pin

Im thinking of getting a mezz cue with a black joint

i play with a black carbon shaft so i would like to change the original black joint collar to white for a nice contrast as opposed to the whole cue being black

Mezz cue united joint is proprietary so i wld like to avoid touching the pin if possible

Any recommendation for cuemaker who would perform this task ??

Sure, but you would need a partial refinish of the cue.
