Changing normal shaft into LD shaft

I’m looking to lower the end mass of 4 shafts and modify taper on 2 at the same time.
Anyone know a cue maker willing to do this sort of work at reasonable rates?
Someone, who doesn’t have a long waiting time but knows what he is doing.

Justin does great cuework his az name is Xpactan or something funky like that.Justin and Don Broos from DBcustom cues work in the same shop.They do a great taper called the Thornly taper.Justin is very meticulous and so does Don.They've done hundreds and hundreds of shafts and are the busiest cue guys around the Toronto area and pretty well the surrounding areas.goodluck
