changing out the ferrule/tip on fury j/b

anyone done this yet? and with what results? i just don't like the feel or sound of the graphite ferrule/tip combo. just wondering what people have done to improve it.

Just face off the top and put whatever tip you like on it. I've had one where i put a white diamond tip on it, and i've had one where i put a SuperPro tip on it. Both worked great. No need to change the ferrule.

I personally like the leather tip better. I also use a superpro on my playing cues.
