Matt, yes, "extraordinary" is definitely the right choice of words. If you have one of his cases, then you truly have a piece of finely crafted functional art !! Here are a few pics of one that I use to own. Think these same pics are now loaded on his site. This case was actually made for another AZ poster....some years ago.
I couldn't find a link to it but he once made a case he called "Lord Of The Rings". The most beautiful case imaginable. IMO, Chas is the BEST leather tooler in the entire word... bar none.
It's sad that, due to a hand injury, he hasn't built cases in several years. I talked with him recently and he said he now has other health problems,
but he is in hopes of doing them again... but he doesn't know when. If he ever does, I'm first on his list.

i tried to get him to make me a case about a year ago but he said he was still in convalescence of his injury. i hope he is doing better...
