Cheap cue's... Why are they?

I dont need one, was only flipping thru eBay and it definitely caught my eye. Good looking cue and dirt cheap
Yeah, I was looking to buy something decent. Then when I came across that cue, I was like f it I’m going to take a gamble. I was actually surprised by it. I mean you can’t really mess up a break/jump cue IMO. Hard wood, thicker shaft, hard ferrule material, break tip. I’ve never tried an expensive break cue though so I might be biased. Also I’ve always broke with a bar cue. I never break with my main. Which most of the time when I broke before it was with a bar cue, I can get a really good break with a bar cue. Now I don’t have to go around looking for a bar cue that’s straight and has a harder tip. This cue actually jumps extremely well too.
