I have been researching motion sensors that could be
used for cue cases, and found a cheap solution.

If you have a good cue case (leather or otherwise)
and are concerned about getting ripped off at big
tournaments or at other times:

check this out: Ebay motion sensor

There's only one small problem... if the case slowly starts sliding & then hits the floor with a thud or someone accidentally kicks it... the whole pool room will be blasted with a high pitch siren. If I was in a hill hill match, shooting the 9 ball & that thing went off midstroke... Regardless of whether I made the 9 or missed the 9... I'm gonna kick your ass, if for nothing else than the fact that I could've missed the 9. :p

Hello,
Every one knows that I carry a snake in my case and no body will dare to snatch my case.

snowboard locks

Try a snowboard lock. Its a combination lock that has a thin retractable cable. Its pretty small and lightweight. You could carry it in your pool case when not in use. Guess you could loop it through your case hande and around a bar table, bar stool, or something to that effect.

QJunkie - I never thought of that! I gotta go dig my out of my gear. Brilliant!, and inexpensive too.
