im possibly needing a 5/16 by 18 shaft..(i believe thats the size of meuccis)

so post em..they dont nesecarily have to be name brand.

Go to ebay and type in KC cues. get the contact info and give Jim Shao a call or email. he has several size shafts at reasonable prices. hope this helps you out.............................................mike

You'll need to know more than just thread and pitch count to find a shaft that fits your Meucci. Is the shaft piloted?. All cuemakers pilots are a little bit different, (even within their own product lines), so make sure any shaft you decide to buy has the correct pilot for your cue.

As far as suggestions, try Tiger Products "X Shaft"

OR American Cowboy Billiards "Sharpshooter Shaft"

yeah it is :X

maybe ill get the other cue tomorrow (the pristine meucci) and maybe take some pics of the other one and see if you guys can find out anything?
 
ohhhh, ive seen those, just didnt know what they were called :)

im thinking that the meucci doesnt have one but im not sure.

Not being a Meucci kinda guy, I wasn't sure about the joint they use. Just wanted to make sure he would get a shaft that fits. :cool:

<3, that would indeed suck. i found a local pool hall/repair guy that can build me one for 70 since he doesnt have to ship it. if he can get the joint collar and everything to match i might do that. or else i might get one this guys extra shaft that posts on here or one of those cheap ones on ebay. and if they arent pre-tapered, im getting them tapered too.
