very nice! i'd like to see some intricate inlay or ringwork in them.

Although I agree somewhat for fancier rings, Paul's opinion is butterflies like his need no extra inlays to detract from the splicing techniques. You need to look really good at the points and see whats happening in there. I am glad wawa took them, I was going to call Paul tonight and get them myself. I guess I will have to get to his house with some designs.

i respect your opinion. imo the right inlay work would only accent Paul's work not detract from his focus. it's not needed but imo, would take the cues into an elite group.

Those cues are in a class all by themselves,
Absolutely beautiful.

let me clarify. i'm in no way taking anything away from Paul's work. on the contrary. i'm a huge fan. i just have the opinion that a little well place and designed inlay work or ring work would take his cues into a class that is "un-tapped". i believe the same for Dave B. and yourself as well. it's something that hasn't been done much and i think the industry could use such a combonation.

I know what you meant, sorry if I came across wrong. To me, inlays can be nice and I do, do them. But........................................................
You know!

hi Skin

your opinion is well repected. i myself love alot of inlay work on a cue but sometime a cue without inlay work can bring out the beauty of the wood, IMO
afterall, aren't we all looking for a cue that play great with a solid hit to it ?
well, paul cue play great as some of you know.
hey Mike, thanks for everything again. you know what i mean.

best regard
