As much as I am looking forward to seeing all my friends and fellow pool players at this event this weekend, I am still saddened by the loss of my friend Chuck Markulis.
Chuck was one of the most memorable men I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with in my life.
I still miss him and sometimes hear his voice in the crowds at Hard Times.
He was a true friend of the pool players and enjoyed what he did.
No one left Hard Times hungry that needed food. Chuck always saw to that.
I still miss Chuck and will be reminded again how well others liked and respected this man.
