Here's the deal: I've been searching for the perfect player and I've found it. Which means all the players that I've had made and bought are ready to go to new homes. They are all solid. They all play amazing. They are all straight together and apart. I keep everything temperature controlled, never in the car without A/C. They may have some minor blemishes here and there. They are PLAYERS, not closet queens. They NEED to be shot with!!!!

All prices include shipping UPS ground within the continental US with upgrades the responsibility of the buyer. I will accept PayPal, Venmo and CashApp. If there are fees, buyer is responsible.

#3.........CHUCK STARKEY: TRADED
This was made for JAY HELFERT. I purchased this cue from him directly in February 2018 on AZBilliards. Very cool cue with a lot of history. This is how I've heard the story: This is was one of Jay's all time favorite cues. He lent the cue to a professional player MARK TADD during the Derby City Classic. Evidently Mark decided to keep it and modify it to his liking (Who does this?!?). When Jay finally got it back, Mark had sanded down the shaft and damaged the butt. It was sent back to Chuck to fix. The middle part of the cue with the stripes was added. The original shaft is an Atlas low deflection shaft made from veneers. It has a buck horn ferrule that won't clean easily. I also had Chuck make another thicker shaft made from an old Brunswick cue that is FERRULELESS, just a thin pad. The best part of the story is THE CUE STILL PLAYS LIGHTS OUT!!! One of the best feeling cues I've ever played with. It's just a little light for my taste! There are a few knocks here and there but it's in great shape. It has Chuck's famous WOOD PIN. I've asked him about it. It's STABILIZED and he has never had one fail. The woods are a rich PURPLEHEART with butterflies of YELLOWHEART and BIRDSEYE MAPLE. Trust me, this has the hit that everyone loves!!! Stick with the sanded down smaller shaft, it's the NUTS!!!
