Circa 1925 Brunswick Standing Cue rack

I am representing a gentlemen who has asked me to help him donate this cue rack to a youth center for handicap young people. Cues in picture available on a separate thread

I have seen and owned a lot of Brunswick cue racks but never one like this one. I believe it is worth about $250, but I am open to your best offer if this asking price is not reasonable. I will act either on the first person who offers this price or the highest offer by Nov 2 at 6 pm.
