I have a cue that i recently had the wrap cleaned and pressed, my question is when selling a cue that is over 20 years old or any older cue what is best in terms of the value of the cue? Having the old wrap that is in fairly good condition that has been cleaned and pressed or to just put on a new wrap.

Depending on the cue, probably neither. Having the original cleaned and pressed, if that's the way it was originally, might be ok. I've seen twenty year old cues where the linen wasn't pressed in the first place. Replacing the wrap, again, depending on the cue and it's secondary market/collectible value, might not be such a good idea.
