there have been some ads for these tables on craigslist. I think they want something like $850 range for the sport kings and 1500-2000 for the gold crowns. The ads are probably still active..
 
Tables are at the Hungry Stick...not Cats!!! I have played on them many times. When ppl come to match up in San Marcos they come to Hungry Stick. The tables were in very good condition cuz Ed. never let anyone play on them unless he knew they knew what they were doing.

Interesting concept. How did he determine their playing ability before they got onto a table to display it?
I'd be interested in the 9 fts, if someone can get pics

if I had a pool room with nice equipment, I would do the same thing. I would have a crappy bar table with pink cloth and beer stains. Anyone who wants to play on the nice tables has to "audition" first on that table. :thumbup:
