someone explain the differences in playability between simonis, championship, and granito. how does the wool/nylon mixture contribute to speed and durability.
i used to have championship tour edition, played fine but im no pro. went to simonis 760 on a different table but same dimensions. couldnt really tell much difference except the rails are better on my new table with the 760 so speed wise it was hard to compare the two that way. durability, well for home use i think the 760 is holding up as well although i have a couple nicks whereas in the championship after three years i didnt have any.
what roll does each of the materials make? and what about the cloth density, i.e. 18oz, 22oz, 25oz etc. when coupled with the blend wool/nylon. i know this is a book and thats why i ask b/c i cant find anything truly expalanatory. most of it is manufacturer hype.
