This is a first-time post for me on this board, though I post semi-frequently on RSB.
A very good friend of mine has asked me to sell his Cognoscenti. Unfortunately, health conditions preclude him from being able to play anymore. My friend grew up with Joe Gold in Chicago, and had (2) cues made for himself in 1995. A few years ago, I was able to purchase one of the cues from him- as his playing time was really getting reduced- and he didn't "need" 2 . Well, the day has come when he just cannot justify keeping this cue. He'd like to sell it and pay off some of his mounting medical bills.
I have made up a webpage detailing the cue. It has been in my possession for about a year- and some of my RSB friends will recognize it. He would like his cue to go to someone who can appreciate it's playablility, and not be a closet-queen. Finding that person has been a arduous task.
