I was looking into buying a custom cue and these two really caught my eye. Can anyone tell me about them, what you've thought of them through your experiences? Quality, feel, hit, friendliness of the staff and how they work with you...anything would be helpful. Not quite sure which one I'd like to purchase since they both make really beautiful cues.

I've never hit with a Carolina, but they seem to have a good reputation. I have a Coker that's very well made, good balance, and hits great. Bought mine and one for a friend through Matador custom cues:

Carolina gets my vote
i have had a carolina cue before, it was one of there sneaky pete models they play really good, but, i have 2 cokers and i would not sell them for any reason. cokers play lights out, and are very well made. tom and michi are really good people to deal with. i highly recommend going with the coker. i dont think you can beat the bang for your buck with cokers. hope this helps,
