Coker Tuxedo Cue - Price reduced...

Now that I'm officially registered on AZ I've decided to take over the sale of my Coker Tuxedo cue from sugeknight. We left off offering this cue at $900 plus shipping but I'll offer it now at SOLD. Buyer pays PayPal fee. I'd also consider a trade for a recent near mint Judd with two shafts. Also, if you intend to have it restored by Coker I can hand deliver to Tom Coker, here in Sacramento, saving you shipping.

Hello sir

I remember this cue. I almost made a deal with your friend who was trying to sell the cue. Is Coker still willing to fix the joint, point and take out skippy and refinish the cue for $500.. If so is cue straight together and apart. If this is all good I have a trade for you. Thanks Dom

bowiebill--It's been awhile since I rolled the cue and I'll report back with results. phade--I'll call Coker as soon as possible and make sure of the refurbish price. However, and if my memory is correct, I believe the cost of refurbishing was $550. I'll check and get back to you. Thank you for the interest.

I took the cue down to the local pool hall and rolled it around a bit. The butt has about a "credit card" lift at the joint. The less than 12mm shaft has a slight roll but is essentially straight. Together, the cue rolls fairly straight but still with some roll. I talked with Michi Coker and she suggested an estimate of $550 to replace the ivory joint, re-wrap and re-finish, and a new shaft. The "Skippy" would be removed of course. The butt roll might be fixed with a new handle but you'd need to discuss that possibility with Tom Coker.
