I bought the Goncalo Alves sneaky Jeff had listed in the For Sale section and it came in the mail today. He did great work on this cue, very clean work. Played with it for a couple of hours , and I am really impressed. Much like a Josey I picked up in a trade a couple weeks ago, you can really move the cueball easily with this cue. I'm not sure if the parabolic taper he used is going to be his standard, but I highly recommend it. Plenty stiff yet not uncomfortable in the fingers. A whole lot of cue for the money, I recommend getting on his list now, I'm afraid he's fixing to get very busy!
