They make conversion tops for pool tables. There is a lift mechanism in the Fusion tables that make them quite a bit expensive. If you are OK with a dining table that's a little on the high side (buy some higher chairs) just look up pool table dining tops.
BUT, if you have the money and are short on the space, one of those fusion tables would be really sweet.
