Do you guys think that compression arm sleeves will be a benefit on long sessions?

Alex used to wear them when he had some tendonitis in his shooting arm... I think I have seen Corteza wear them as well but that may be for TV play when he can't or doesn't want to show the artwork on his arms......

I've been using one for a while and I find it keeps my arm warm and ready to go, especially against opponents who keep the table for long periods of time. It could be a mental thing, but I find it helps with consistency over a long match.

i use one due to an arm injury. i thinks its as much a mental thing as physical.

any temp below 73 and my arm starts aching like a bad tooth ache. it does help with warmth a little.

i think i am the only guy you will ever see in a long john shirt under his t shirt some times in the summer time also. depends on how cold they got it in the pool hall.

tracy keeps the ac on full blast most of the time at high pockets.

Beyond the mental side of things, the average person won't do any better with them. If you have some tendinitis in your arm, it could theoretically be of some benefit, but that is still a long shot.

Technically, they should benefit to keep any swelling down that occurs, and maintain heat in the area, however, neither of these things should normally play a significant role in the pool stroke.
