Just to let everyone know SixSence AKA Mitch snaped off the Richmond City Open this weekend...SixSence is a hell of a shooter. The Richmond City Tournament is broken down into 3 groups A,B and C. Mitch has wne the B bracket the past two years straight. They are thinking of changing it to the "Mitch City Open" He was moved into the A bracket because of his win in the B bracket last year. Mitch earned his win in the A bracket..he played some of the toughest players in Richmond to win. He played one of the best players in my eyes in Richmond John Jordon to win. I would like to give a shoot out to Danny Mastermaker, he was the winner of the B bracket this year. I want to thank Mitch for picking me or Danny to be the winner of the B bracket..i was honored to hear that from you Mitch. Me and Danny met way to soon and he sent me packing to the one loss side. He got 4 lucky rolls on me that were all game winners, but i will take nothing from Danny he is a hell of a shooter and a player to watch out for, i cant wait to play him again..hope to run into him in the pool room. I spoke to a top player here in Richmond who Mitch beat and all he could say was "Mitch shot lights out, I am happy he won..becuase he earned it..and by the way..there went his spot" So I hope you all give a well earned "Good Job to SixSence aka (Mitch) for a hell of Win...oh and Mitch..ill take the 7 and the breaks for a race to 7 for 50$ hehhe Great Job.

I'll take the same from you, pal! I enjoyed our 8 ball match Tony!

To Mitch - Well done!

Hahah..A man who wiped my Azzz in 8 ball asking for weight...Hey Scott if you read this post you would have been proud of Brian...every shot he shot was Set Pause Finish..it was a thing of beauty ...i enjoyed playing you too Brian. Im gona have to play some more eight ball to beat you..you play really good.

Thanks for the props Tony! I know 8 isn't your game but you gave a good account of yourself my friend.

I only asked for weight because 9 isn't my game.:D Despite the fact that I did better in that in the tournaments.

How about we play a set of each? Even. Just for the table time to keep it interesting. ;)

Thanks Tony and Brian

Thanks guys! I had a great weekend and felt like I shot really well. This tournament meant alot to me given the tough field of players, the majority of which I have spent the last couple of years learning from and losing money to. It was my first year in the 'A' and I definitely didn't expect to win, but thanks to a little luck I managed to make it through. The race to 11 finals with Jordan went hill-hill and could of easily gone either way. As far as my action being ruined, I'll be retiring before you get that spot Tony ;)

The 'B' division had a great turn out this year with a full and very tough 48 player field in the 9ball including a few players I thought could be in the 'A'.......... not mentioning any names... cough (Tony) :). I was glad that Danny, who is a good friend of mine, came through with the win. He played very well and deserved it after coming in third last year. He could of easily played in the 'A' this year. Either way, he won himself a spot there next year :)

Larry Kressel won the eightball event, so I'll be playing him for the all-around in both 8 and 9 ball weekend after next.

Thanks to Josh, Brian, Amy and the other volunteers for putting on a great tournament. Looking forward to the state tourny!

Spoken like a true Champian...I got to watch Mitch play last night at Breakers..he's still hitting em good. I have to say that i live only 5 min away from Breakers and just started going there this week. I am pleased at the atmosphere and love the fact that they dont close till 2am...gives me an extra hour to practice. We will have to hit some around Mitch..hope Danny plays there as well..im gona have to tighten my game up to play with you guys..

Ya man, I wish I had known how close you lived, you need to come in more often. That's where I usually play out of. Danny and I play league out of Breakers and live 5-10 min away. We'll definitely start playing more, and when I turn 21 I'll be able to start going back to Murphies. I'm tired of getting kicked out as soon as I come in at like 9 :( I'll probably be up there tonight if you're looking for some action ;)
