Contract Inaly Work ...

I am thinking of offering inlay work to cuemakers who dont yet have the equipment to do their own. They would make the cue just a few thousands oversize, choose what they wanted inlayed into it, send it to me, and I would cut in the inlays and send it back to them.

Do you think there is a market for this?

What do you think would be a fair price to charge for forearm points and for smaller inlays?

Names and logo engraving could be offered also.

I have tried once

I have offered to do this for a couple of guys that wanted to buy an inlay machine but coulden't afford one yet. Of the responses I have gotten so far they didden't want to pay much to have it done. Are you planing to use your designs or theirs, will you charge for programing of theirs?
I think there could be a market for this or nearly finished inlayed butt blanks for begining cue builders. I am taking a few inlayed butt blanks to the super billiard expo this year to see if there is a market there.
