Efren lost in the finals to Ralf Souqet. Some people think it looks like first place, but it was second place written on the bottom left.
This check was part of a large billiard collection I bought from a friend, Tom Costello, who was a huge fan of pool and billiards and was present for most of the classic Sands events.
