Hi guys. im a table installer from OZ. Any you guys like any of the battery staplers out there? I have tried 2 now but there too slow and too bulky for doing rails and cant get accurate with staples. Im just seeing if there is something better rather than trailing a big compressor around. thanks in advance.

I've been using one of these for a few years now, it's pretty portable and very quiet.

Bostitch makes a rotary screw 6 gallon pancake compressor that is as tough as nails. Dewalt has come out with cordless portable pancake air compressors which should be more then enough battery life for 1 pool table install.

A 6-gallon rotary screw compressor? I've never heard of such a thing. I'd love to see a link if it truly exists.

The smallest rotary screw compressor I've ever seen is 3hp and delivers about 3-4times the air of any portable pancake compressor I've seen.

I have the first model of the Bostitch BTFP0212 which is over 10 years old , used it a lot and it keeps chugging along. When it first came out this model was listed as an oxymoron IMO as an oil less rotary screw compressor. Rotary screw compressors are usually bathed in oil that is why they last so long. All I know is I sure got my money's worth of use from this Bostitch pancake compressor.
