Counterfeiting is a No No in Arizona-Sales of Counterfit Goods

Found out something interesting the other day that might be of interest to those who are always talking about Counterfeit Cues being Sold on E-bay.

If the Seller is in Arizona we have a law that say Selling Counterfeit Good is a Class VI (LOWEST) Felony.

People get busted all the time for selling Counterfeit Oakley Sunglasses, and Team Merchandise. But most of their time the counterfeit Good are confiscated, and the Seller get a fine, and quickly set up sales in a new location.

Hard Rock Cafe is very diligent in pursuing counterfeit t-shirts, so are several major universities, and the list goes on,,,,number of years back Disney made a day care in my state paint over (mickey and minnie) their walls because they had not paid a licensing fee to put their copyrighted characters on the walls,,,LOL
