So a couple months ago I told y’all I found out my fiancé is bearing my first offspring. Well we got all the dna tests and stuff like that. So far very healthy baby. No signs of any illness or birth defects. My fiancé is having some heightened blood pressure but the doc has her taking baby aspirin so hopefully that works well and is just a stage. There can be some major complications if that was left untreated. But to the more exciting news, we’re having a baby girl. Oh f**k I was scared in the first place but da*m now it’s worse. Man oh man I was one crappy male to some females back several years ago while in the army. I think karma was like her ya go, hers a baby girl to take care of. I first hand know the signs of a shitty male so I’ll be da*med if I let one mistreat my baby girl lol. You guys wanna help beat up some college kids in about 18-20 years with me??!! Lol.
 
Well increased blood pressure in pregnancy is not out of ordinary.

People who are pregnant need get SALT, SALTY FOODS OUT OF DIET.

Salt & Pepper are on most tables in homes, and restaurants in USA. So why do everyone feel need to cook with salt??

Read packages of food you buy for SODIUM CONTENT, amazing thing with name like healthy choice, and other stuff is got so much sodium.

ELEVATED OR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE is bad thingfor anyone to have.

Fiancé should ask doctor what food to avoid to help lower blood pressure. Get answers.

I have 4 kids, and here’s what I’ve learned. I could raise 5 boys for the price of one girl, but she’ll be your best friend forever! Congrats!!
 
My first three children were girls and it was always exasperating thinking about them dating.
My last child was a boy and it still is to this day worrisome hoping he remains free from harm.

Know what I learned? Gender only plays a small part in being a parent. You will always worry.
Kids get into the darkest of predicaments. Don’t let sports dominate their youth and participate.
