Has anybody bought stuff from Cousineau Wood Products lately? Got an email from them as usual with a sale for dymalux panels so I put an order in 14 days ago, and have emailed/called/FB messaged and radio silence....... really not happy as it is a $$$ order and I need the materials.
 
UPDATE: I filed for a refund thru Paypal and magically in about 15 minutes time, I got a response from CWP, then got 3 more over the afternoon.....Problem is resolved....but I shouldn't have to do that just to get a resposnse as to where my order is.

Never heard of them.
 
I've dealt with them multiple time over the past 2-3 years. Never had a problem. Placed an order with them yesterday morning and received an email stated the order had been shipped that afternoon. Granted a small order, but I've had good luck with them.

Small orders of the small items seem fast....I missed the 1 spot where it states the dymalux panels are made to order and take 3-6 weeks. ONLY 1 SPOT does it say it.....should be on every page of dymalux products, IMHO.
 
Dave, Think I got the same promo ad you did and was looking at the dymalux product (think only available in panel form) as a replacement for Dymondwood/Frogwood. Then I saw the "made on order/delivery time" comment and took a pause. The price reduction was a good one, but not right now for me. Won't get caught on that one again!!
