CTE/Pro One Practice Shots

Gerry, good shooting.

I noticed that all of the shots used were with low spin. Would it be possible to see the same shots playing position on a ball at the other end of the table. Like a nine ball example.

Thanks

I would like to see those shots with the camera behind and above you. To me that would be a more beneficial perspective. Pretty darn accurate shooting.

Thought this might help people like myself working on Pro One. I will add some others when I get a chance.

Yes, thanks Gerry. Excellent shooting :)

I would like to see this done with a head cam. Max Eberle uses one for his tutorials.

Maybe we could get Stan to use one.

Its not about the fundamentals.

Its all about us being able to see what you see on a shot, from the standing position down into the shooting position and the actual shot.

Thanks again

I thought about this before, and I'm not sure how beneficial a head cam would be, as it would give you a "single-eye" camera view. In reality you have a stereoscopic view where sometimes one eye will pick up the pre-pivot visuals (CTEL A/B/C), and sometimes both will.

So a camera, if setup directly over the "aiming eye", or the eye that you end up putting over the shot line, will give you the entire shot picture from that viewpoint which may or may not line up to the pre-pivot visuals.

I take it from your post that you have not seen Max Eberle's video with him wearing a head cam.

It shows a mountain of information.

Thanks

what's that aiming thing with the cue that you sometimes do. It looks like maybe your verifying CCB.
