Is it just your cue ball? If so, it does not match your set. I have 2 sets from the early 60's and all of them are the off white color. I like it. I think it gives them 'charater'. I'd be careful leaving it in the sunlight as you might get a streak unless U rotated it 'properly'. Good luck. PS If the cue ball does not match your set then maybe buying a new cue ball would solve your problem.
Your correct. You put them in a dark drawer for a while and they turn yellowish. Put them back out in the light and they begin to turn back to white. I had one that was really yellow and I just put it on the table and played with it. Over time it became white again. It's weird
