Cue & Case / CueStix International Question

It seems like most of the popular production cue makers fall under Cue & Case umbrella or am I wrong? I'm confused if they're all owned by the same company. Also, is there any production cue makers that are not owned by a big umbrella company or are almost all part of larger conglomerates? I'm just curious. I got to sort of thinking about it when I got my hands on a PureX cue and it felt similar to my Cuetec Avid. Then found Cue & Case and see both are listed as brands on their site. And the Katana case I just got came in a Cue & case box even though I ordered from PoolDawg. Are they another manufacturer?

Thanks as always! Figure someone here knows and can clear it up for me.

EDIT: Actually I just looked and PoolDawg and CueStix are both located in Lafayette CO so maybe they're the same company.

Cue and Case is now owned by Escalade sports. They own Brunswick too. They own the names: Lucasi, Players, PureX and Dufferin. No clue about CueStix/P'Dawg. None are manufacturers, they just sell/distribute pool/billiard stuff.

Katana is just a name owned by cueStix. They have a Chines co. make the cues for them. Pretty sure the same shop makes the Scorpion/Archer & Action cues.

I played on a Brunswick Black Wolf 9 footer recently - the table is a POS - what a shame from the glory years of Brunswick!

They just assemble imported tables and have done so for almost 50yrs. The GC is still very good. Scuttlebutt is that Mark Gregory is helping them design the next GC, the 7.
