cue case for longer cue

Can anyone recommend a cue case in the $100 - $200 range that will accept a 60" cue. With joint protector and pin the butt measures about 31 3/4". I've seen some advertised claiming to accept 31" butts, but I'm afraid they haven't taken the pin and joint protectors into account.

I recently (last week) received my instroke premier 3x5 from seyberts. Is this the new 2003 model, where the thumb-latch is reinforced?

Do you know of any other improvements?
