There are no standard dimensions for size nor weight of a cue for a particular size person. 58" is sort of the standard length of cues now a days but it certainly is not engraved in stone. Most people seam to prefer cues that weigh in the 19 oz range but it is a personal thing and you need to try different weights and if you can find them, different lengths to see what you are comfortable with. I've built cues from 56" to 63" for people and their size often never corresponded with what length and weight they wanted. There is one road player who uses my cues who is only about 5'6'' but uses a 60" cue.
