CUE I.D. help please

I'm considering taking this cue in on a trade, but can't find out who made it. Any AZ helpers out there with info?

JD Cue, Philippines is correct. Fancy work for the price, but spotty quality according to reviews. If it looks solid in person with no playing issues will be good but the price will be no-where close to what a US maker would charge for it. I'd guess that cue is maybe $250.

250 isn't far off, less if it is damaged
