Cue ID help on two cues. Pretty please ??!!??

Nice cues. Maybe the white dots added by someone else later? Do they line up when the cue is assembled? Maybe just a way to ensure the shaft is not cross-threaded when assembled? Can you tell if the dot goes through the threaded portion of the shaft wood or does it stop in the linen itself? Maybe a way to ensure the collars don't unscrew when assembled similar to what Rambow did? I would guess Rambow on the first cue and personalized by someone at the BBC factory. Can you tell if the signature is above or below the finish? Maybe added on later by someone else, possibly even the the owner?
