cue ID help

was wondering if it is possible to identify the maker of this cue? any information would be appreciated.

It looks like an imported 2-piece house cue with butterflies

Mr Hwan Shin, 5th worker on the right in Big Pool Factory in China made that.

I can tell because he has 17 children and always marks his cue with a 17.

You can tell by the grain on the wood that it was not selected by an actual cue maker but bought in bulk by a company.

Brunswick import. That is an old pin of theirs that got brought over to China.
