I came across a sneaky with the same pin, bumper and screw cover as this cue.

The joint collar is straight black, the joint, pin and pilot are brass and the pilot is covered in wood. I can't post actual photos until tomorrow. I have been searching through the posts, but have come up with nothing. The brass joint, joint collars and wood pilot remind me of Willie Hoppe professionals. The bumper reminds me of old house cues. The screw cover and pin are new to me. Anything helps.
