cue identification

Not sure if this the right place, but any help identifying the maker of this cue would be greatly appreciated. There are no markings. The rings are brass. The shafts are not original.

Take a picture of the very bottom with the bumper removed. That may help.
 
Thanks, I will do that as soon as I get a chance. The cue is not in my possession. It is a friend's cue. It looks like a Richard Black to me, but not sure he used that type of pin.
