Cue Identification

Does anyone know any information on this cue? There is no name or letters on the cue that I’ve seen.

Thanks. I’ve had this cue for about 15 years and was always curious to know what it was. I was told at the time that I got it that it was a Palmer´ but I mainly just liked the way it played. I assume that this cue is a cheaper version of the original Palmer´ cues based on what I’ve read online.
