Cue Sight

No offense to anyone that uses one but if you need a laser to aim then you're in for a hard time IMO. I don't really think the laser would really help anyway since it looks like it just shows where the CB will hit the OB, you still have to get the angle down right in your head. Tell us how it works.
 
It's actually a pretty good stroke trainer. When you train the crosshairs on the cue ball and stroke, it the crosshairs are moving around the cue ball, there's a wiggle in that stroke somewhere.

For aiming, it can help if that is a problem area in your game. But you have to know where you WANT to aim for it to be effective.

But in a normal stroke, the tip points at a different height throughout the swing... It always returns (at impact) to the precise point, but during the stroke, it should "wobble" up and down (hopefully not side to side!).

That's why your tip ends up on the table... because the fulcrum of your bridge sends the tip down while the butt goes up (to your chest, etc.).
