Cue Silk Products?

I take care of five tables at a senior center and keeping the cloth clean is a big deal since it only gets replaced every 4-5 years.

I tried out Cue Silk Table Cleaner and was really impressed with how well it works, but I have a problem.

The bottles are supposed to contain 16 oz of product, but every one I have received so far is 4-5 ounces short.

Mueller's was fantastic about making up the difference in the three bottle order I just received but that's a hassle for everyone.

Does anyone out there have contact information for Cue Silk? I'm a fair hand at finding company information, but there is little to nothing about Cue Silk.

Any help is appreciated.

It appears they are a billiard distributor that makes it in house (maybe? it's a guess). I'd email or call the number on their site and ask them about it. Their contact info is at the top right of the site.

They might be interested in discovering why their product is missing ounces. Maybe they have a new person filling them or something who needs some training.

Same when I've bought 2 of them. I was buying the quick clean table cleaner which is alot better. Seyberts just got it back in stock thank god. I'd throw that cue silk in the trash now. Use the quick clean an you'll never use anything else.

Get a spray bottle and put a small amount of Woolite in and then fill with water. Set the spray to a fairly fine mist and use a microfiber cloth to wipe with. Works fine. Do it after vac'ing for best results.

Good to know: when adding water to a solution you intend to store for days, weeks, months, you should always use distilled water, not tap water.
