Cueist - now also on iPhone!

Cueist app

Hey everyone,

Cueist is now available on the App Store!

After last month’s Android release, I know a lot of you have been waiting for the iPhone version, and it’s finally here.

That said, it’s not available in the EU just yet. We’re still waiting on Apple to approve the Digital Services Act agreement to ensure everything complies with regulations. Hopefully, it won’t take too long.

For those still unfamiliar with Cueist – it’s an app for pool training. It helps make practice more effective and fun by personalizing your training with drills that fit your skill level, helping you improve in a structured way.

Most of the app is free to use (with some occasional ads), and there’s a premium option for those who want even more variety in their training.

Get Cueist here:
Give it a shot and let me know what you think! Happy to answer any questions.

Nice, downloaded!

I don't have a table at home so had to stop the setup process since it goes right into assessment. Not a huge deal but since many people don't have tables at home it would be nice to be able to do account setup and browse around a bit without doing the assessment until later. But looking forward to getting out to play this weekend and checking it out!

Thanks for the feedback! You're right, and allowing people to explore a bit before the assessment is something we're considering. Things are a bit hectic right now, but we definitely plan to keep improving the app. Appreciate you giving it a try - hope you have fun testing it out this weekend!

Tried it today. Not for me. The set up shots for your skill level our shots i would rarely shoot in a match. Low percentage shots that you should be looking at a safe. Not what I’m looking for in a training app. But good luck with it. Just not my cup of tea

Thanks for giving it a try. The shot difficulty does vary during the initial assessment, but once the app has enough data on your skill level, the drills should settle around a 50% success rate for you.

That said, no practice tool is for everyone. Some players really enjoy this approach, while others prefer different training methods. Either way, I appreciate you checking it out.

Best of luck with your game!

Yeah absolutely. This may be exactly what other people are looking for. Certainly not saying people shouldn’t try it. Thanks
