Not much can be done with that Hal. It could be turned again, but then you would lose the SW taper and it would be smaller. If it were mine, I wouldn't even think about turning it again.

Seems this was discussed not long ago (SW not rolling straight due to the compound taper). There were several different opinions, but truth is, either it's straight or it's not, period!
